Beech Mountain Resort is seeking an energetic and hardworking Busser to join our team at Beech Mountain Brewing Co., located within the village at the resort. As a busser, you’ll play an important role in maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. You’ll work closely with our servers to ensure that guests have an excellent dining experience, assisting with clearing tables, setting up for new guests, and keeping the brewery’s atmosphere fresh and inviting.
Responsibilities:
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to accommodate new guests
- Assist with the overall cleanliness and organization of the dining room
- Help maintain the flow of service by providing support to servers and kitchen staff
- Stock and organize service stations with necessary supplies
- Assist with the cleaning of dishes, glasses, and silverware as needed
- Ensure all guest areas, including floors and restrooms, are kept clean throughout the shift
- Provide assistance with other tasks as directed by restaurant management
Requirements or Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Willingness to assist wherever needed and help maintain excellent service standards
