Join our team as a Group Sales Associate at Beech Mountain Ski Resort. This position involves assisting with customer inquiries, handling ticketing software, and providing excellent service to guests. Responsibilities:
- Assist with customer inquiries and manage customer service.
- Handle ticketing and reservation systems.
- Support event planning and group bookings.
- Prepare promotional materials and handle data entry.
- Provide on-site assistance during events.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and assist with related tasks.
- Contribute to various resort duties as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
