Beech Mountain Resort is seeking an experienced and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team for the summer season. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, and is committed to delivering high-quality meals to guests. This is a full-time seasonal position.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen while following food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely food service
  • Assist with food preparation, stocking, and maintaining inventory levels
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold food quality and presentation
  • Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure proper food handling and storage

Requirements or Qualifications:

  • Restaurant cooking experience required
  • Strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume kitchen
