The Lodging Coordinator will support the Director of Lodging in managing all aspects of guest accommodations. From assisting with reservations to maintaining our online property listings, you will help ensure guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience from booking to check-out.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with guest reservations, ensuring accurate bookings and prompt communication
  • Update and maintain the lodging website with current property listings, availability, and pricing
  • Help manage all properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, guest-ready, and accurately represented across online platforms
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and property updates
  • Respond to guest inquiries, providing timely and exceptional service
  • Ensure guest communications are handled professionally and promptly, including pre-arrival, in-stay, and post-departure follow-ups
  • Use property management software to streamline reservations, communication, and property updates
  • Assist the Director of Lodging with any additional tasks related to guest accommodations and property management

Requirements or Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service in a lodging environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting and provide detailed follow-ups
  • Friendly, positive attitude with a commitment to enhancing the guest experience
  • Real estate license is a plus but not required
  • Experience with property management software preferred
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
  • Reliable transportation required with the ability to navigate snowy or winter conditions
