Beech Mountain Resort is seeking a motivated Retail Associate to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Director of Retail while providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a fun, team-oriented work culture.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide top-notch service from the moment they enter
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer personalized product recommendations
- Sell lift tickets, equipment, and other resort merchandise to customers
- Assist with store displays, merchandising, and maintaining product organization
- Be involved in all aspects of store operations, including inventory management and restocking
- Ensure customers have a positive and memorable shopping experience
Requirements or Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with the ability to engage and assist guests effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented with an eye for merchandising and store organization
