Ski Instructors play a vital role in creating positive and memorable experiences for our guests by teaching snow sports in a safe and fun learning environment. Instructors show care and empathy while delivering professional instruction to guests of all ages.
Responsibilities:
- Provide ski instruction in a safe and engaging environment
- Create a quality experience for guests and staff by showing empathy and care
- Attend mandatory and optional training clinics, workshops, and exams
- Maintain professionalism by adhering to uniform and grooming policies
- Be loyal to the resort and show commitment to guest satisfaction
Requirements or Qualifications:
- Beginner level skier or willingness to improve snow sports skills
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and during peak periods
- Reliable transportation required with the ability to navigate snowy or winter conditions
