Beech Mountain Resort is seeking a motivated Ticket Cashier to assist guests with ticket purchases and information. As the first point of contact for many of our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive start to their experience at the resort.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate the cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions for ticket sales
  • Provide guests with information about the resort, activities, and ticket options
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the ticket booth
  • Process reports, credit receipts, and cash handling with accuracy
  • Assist guests with any ticketing issues or questions and resolve complaints as needed
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient guest flow at the ticket booth

Requirements or Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or retail is a plusProficiency with computers and cash handling
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and during peak periods
  • Reliable transportation required with the ability to navigate snowy or winter conditions
