Beech Mountain Resort is seeking a motivated Ticket Cashier to assist guests with ticket purchases and information. As the first point of contact for many of our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive start to their experience at the resort.
Responsibilities:
- Operate the cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions for ticket sales
- Provide guests with information about the resort, activities, and ticket options
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the ticket booth
- Process reports, credit receipts, and cash handling with accuracy
- Assist guests with any ticketing issues or questions and resolve complaints as needed
- Ensure a smooth and efficient guest flow at the ticket booth
Requirements or Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or retail is a plusProficiency with computers and cash handling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and during peak periods
- Reliable transportation required with the ability to navigate snowy or winter conditions
